Terms of Service

1. Subject of the service

Courier Academy (hereinafter „Platform“) is an educational and gaming platform that combines gamified education with a partner program and Pi Network rewards. The service is intended for educational purposes and community building.

2. Registration and account

• The user must provide true and current data during registration
• One user may create only one account
• You are responsible for the security of your account and password
• Persons under 18 require parental/guardian consent

3. Partner program and rewards

• Rewards are provided in Pi Network based on completed tasks and activities
• Partner certification requires passing an exam and linking a Pi account
• MLM commissions are paid based on real platform revenue at monthly settlement
• The Platform reserves the right to change the reward structure with prior notice
• Funds are distributed according to transparent rules (MLM 30%, game rewards 30%, operations 20%, reserve 9%, special rewards 10%, foundation fund 1%)

4. Pi Network integration

The Platform uses the Pi Network SDK for authentication and payments. Pi transactions go through the Pi blockchain. The user agrees to link their Pi account for rewards and payments. The Platform does not store Pi wallet private keys.

5. User obligations

• Do not abuse the service for fraudulent purposes or reward manipulation
• Do not create fake accounts or duplicate identity
• Respect other community members and rules of conduct
• Do not spread inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content

6. Training center

Trainers can publish paid educational content. The Platform charges a 5% commission on sales. Trainers are responsible for the quality and accuracy of their content. Earnings are paid to the Pi Wallet after reaching the minimum threshold.

7. Marketplace (Bazarek)

Users can buy and sell items for Pi. Transactions are protected by an escrow system. Delivery via local couriers is voluntary and rewarded. Disputes are resolved by the platform administrator.

8. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided „as is“. The operator is not liable for loss of Pi rewards due to technical issues, changes in Pi Network, or third-party actions. The value of Pi may fluctuate. Rewards are not guaranteed and depend on the platform's real revenue.

9. Account termination

The user may request account termination at any time. The operator reserves the right to terminate accounts in case of violation of the terms of service, fraudulent behavior, or system abuse.

10. Changes to the terms

These terms may be updated. Users will be notified of significant changes via the app. By continuing to use the service after the terms change, you agree to the updated terms.
