The data controller is the operator of the CA Central platform (hereinafter „Controller“). To contact us, use the link in the app.
The application uses the Pi Network SDK for authentication and payments. Pi transactions go through the Pi blockchain. The Controller does not store Pi private keys or Pi passwords. The Pi Wallet address is stored only for reward payout purposes.
Personal data is retained for the duration of the user account. After account deletion, data is removed within 30 days, except for data necessary for tax and accounting purposes (under applicable legislation).
To exercise your rights, contact the Controller via the app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.
Data is not sold or provided to third parties for marketing purposes. Processing may be carried out by a processor (hosting, email service) based on a data processing agreement.
The Controller applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
This policy may be updated. Users will be notified of significant changes via the app. We recommend checking the current version regularly.
The app includes a Work module for company groups. Group administrators process employee data: name, position, phone, email, employee number, hire date, contract type, hourly rate, monthly salary, bank account, assigned vehicles. It also processes attendance records (check-in/out times, GPS location at check-in), drive logs (GPS routes, distance), fuel logs (amounts, liters, receipt photos), vehicle service books, salary payouts and rewards. This data is sensitive and access is restricted to the group administrator and the respective employee (own data) via row-level security (RLS).
To access the Work portal, the user may enable biometric verification (fingerprint / face recognition). Biometric data is processed exclusively locally on the user's device and is not transmitted or stored on the server. Biometric verification is optional and can be disabled at any time in profile settings.
